Salon Policy

    REFUND POLICY
    We pride ourselves on giving you and your hair the best possible care. 

    We do not issue refunds on Salon services. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify the salon within 7 days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon within 7 days of contacting us so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction with the stylist who performed the initial service. Adjustments are made available to you at no cost only once approved by management and only for the same service initially booked.

    Please note this will only cover unsatisfactory work and does not cover issues such as dark to light transitions, client change of mind, or such like. The redo policy does not cover a change in the style or color initially requested.

    No cash refunds under any circumstances.

    24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
    When you forget your appointment or cancel/change at short notice, it effects our business massively. The Stylist also loses the opportunity to fill the appointment with another client who was wishing to receive services. 
    For all clients, any cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours notice, a 20% charge of the original service fee will be applied on the next visit. 
    Any service over 4 hours long or above 1000 aed will also require a deposit of 150 aed which will be deducted off the service on the day. This is non refundable and non redeemable if changed or cancelled less than 24 hours. 
    *Those who need to reschedule due to COVID 19 symptoms or close contact will not be charged upon proof of a test result. 
     
    NO SHOWS
    In order to respect the time of our stylists and other clients, if an appointment is no showed, this may results in future appointments will require an advanced booking deposit. Please be advised if you NO Show on a Re-Do Reservation we will not be able to schedule a new reservation free of charge.
     
    LATE
    Please be courteous to our stylists and other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your appointment.

    METHODS OF PAYMENT
    Pose Salon accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, Apple Pay, Tabby and Cash.
     
    RESERVATIONS
    You may request a reservation by calling, WhatsApp-ing or DM on Instagram.
     
    RIGHT TO REFUSE
    Pose Salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff.
